Hi! I’m Mariana, a certified fitness coach, nutrition expert, and bodybuilding judge in UK. My journey in fitness started at 27 when I transformed my body and mindset, proving that it’s never too late to build strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with food. Today, I run my own gym, coach people for competitions and do personal training, and help people create sustainable, balanced lifestyles without extreme diets and unnecessary restrictions.

Through years of experience working with clients of all backgrounds, I’ve learned one key truth: your body thrives through balance, not deprivation. My approach to nutrition is simple—fuel your body with the right foods, enjoy what you eat, and build habits that last.
