What is the Tone & Sculpt Challenge?
This 4-week fitness challenge is designed to help you achieve full-body transformation from the comfort of your home or at the gym. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or simply looking to get back on track, this challenge is for everyone. Using my signature method of strength and weight training, you’ll work toward body recomposition—building muscle and burning fat simultaneously—while increasing stamina, energy, and overall wellness.

Weekly Schedule:
  • Monday: Glute Gains – 20-Min Booty Burn
  • Tuesday: Upper Body Blast – Back & Arms
  • Wednesday: Booty & Abs Burnout
  • Thursday: Anti-Cellulite Sculpt™ + Intense Booty Blast
  • Friday: Burn & Sculpt
  • Saturday: Shoulders & Arms Burnout
  • Sunday: Recovery & Mobility
  • Workout Time: 40–45 minutes
  • Step Goal: 8k–12k steps per day
Equipment Needed:
  • Dumbbells
    (light, medium, and heavy sets)
    Alternatively you can use bottles with water.
  • Resistance band
  • Chair or bench
  • Ankle weights (2 kg)
    Optional
